Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are provided in writing after an assessment and are fixed for the scope described in them. The call out fee is $0. If the scope changes because of something found during the work, we stop, explain it and re-quote before continuing.
The price we quote is the price you pay. No exceptions.
Lifetime Labour Warranty
Our Lifetime Labour Warranty covers faults caused by our workmanship for the life of the installation. It does not cover manufacturer defects, which are handled under the manufacturer's warranty, or faults caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or work by others.
Licensing
Plumbing, drainage and gasfitting work is carried out under NSW plumbing licence #275278C. You can ask to see the licence on the day.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
